I’d been having trouble sleeping lately. I’m usually a morning person, but for the past week-ish “morning” has meant something like 3 am. Which is absurd, especially cause I’ve also been going to bed late. The other day, I woke up at 2:45 am, tried really hard to go back to sleep for a while, and then gave up and went and changed the oil on a car that needed it. At least when I’m being an insomniac, there’s plenty to do with my time.
I finally got my sleep back on track though, so I’m having more normal mornings. This morning, I woke up around 7 am, which is a totally reasonable hour in the summer.
